We’re happy to offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. Whether your item doesn’t fit or you have just changed your mind we will receive the item back and provide a store credit or a refund.
If you choose to return an item please follow the following steps.
In your email include all your order information including the date of your order, the item you wish to return and the reason. We will email you back with a return address.
Ensure you pack the item well so as that we receive it in the condition it was originally sent. Please send the packaged item to the address provided to you by email.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and ensuring the package reaches us safely and it good condition. You may choose to use registered post to ensure this.
Once we have received the returned item we will inspect the item and then apply store credit or issue you with a refund. Once your return has been processed you will receive a notification email.
